Die historischen Funktionsabl\u00e4ufe werden herangezogen und die urspru\u0308nglichen R\u00e4ume genau analysiert. Die Aussengestaltung des Geb\u00e4udes bleibt unver\u00e4ndert (Ausnahme notwendige techn.Einbauten), die Umbaumassnahmen betreffen den Innenraum. Alle Bauteile, die zur Geb\u00e4udehu\u0308lle geh\u00f6ren werden im denkmalpflegerischen Sinn rekonstruiert, also optisch gleich hergestellt, die neuen Elemente im Innenraum bewusst als architektonisch zeitgen\u00f6ssische Gestaltung entworfen.<\/p>\n<p>Auf dieser Grundlage werden im Erdgeschoss und im 1.Obergeschoss nicht urspru\u0308ngliche Einbauten ru\u0308ckgebaut und die grosszu\u0308gigen R\u00e4ume wiederhergestellt. Einpflegung des Raum und Funktionsprogrammes einer Betriebseinheit mit Mischfunktion (Gastronomie, Brauerei mit angeschlossenem Veranstaltungssaal). Um die Entfluchtung zu gew\u00e4hrleisten werden 2 neue Erschliessungskerne errichtet.
