\u00fcberbr\u00fcckt die r\u00e4umliche Entfernung zur Stadt und manifestiert die \u00d6ffnung des Werksgel\u00e4ndes. Die vielgestaltigen Elemente der Werkanlagen, auch in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft, sind mit ihrer Dimension monumental und archaisch. Es wurde daher ein ca. 35.0 m hoher in der vertikalen Ausdehnung winkelf\u00f6rmiger Bauk\u00f6rper geplant, dessen horizontale Auskragung\u00a0 15.0 m\u00a0 betr\u00e4gt.<br \/>\nDas Geb\u00e4ude \u00fcberragt die 4-5 geschossigen B\u00fcroblocks der Umgebung und stellt mit dem Verwaltungsturm, den Gasometern und den \u00fcbrigen markanten Industriegeb\u00e4uden einen weiteren Fixpunkt im st\u00e4dtebaulichen Kontext des Industrieumlandes dar. Ohne den Symbolcharakter des Geb\u00e4udes zu schw\u00e4chen, wird durch die geringe Breite und die Gestaltung des vertikalen Bauk\u00f6rpers Transparenz und Leichtigkeit erreicht.
