Ziel des Projekts ist es, ein vielf\u00e4ltiges, lebenswertes Stadtquartier zu schaffen. Der Bauteil Haus Mitte bildet gemeinsam mit dem Bestand ein harmonisches Ensemble, das durch hochwertige Wohnangebote und abwechslungsreiche Platzabfolgen im \u00f6ffentlichen Raum besticht.<\/p>\n

Die neuen st\u00e4dtebaulichen Strukturen f\u00fcgen sich nahtlos in das bestehende Umfeld ein. Sie erm\u00f6glichen eine durchmischte Nutzung, differenzierte H\u00f6henentwicklungen sowie lebendige Erdgeschosszonen mit Gewerbe, Caf\u00e9 und nachbarschaftlichen Einrichtungen \u2013 f\u00fcr ein urbanes und zugleich nachbarschaftlich gepr\u00e4gtes Lebensumfeld.<\/p>\n\n

Im Rahmen eines kooperativen st\u00e4dtebaulichen Planungsverfahrens im Auftrag der WAG entwickelten wir gemeinsam mit den Architekturb\u00fcros Kneidinger, Wimberger Schremmer Nowak, Studio blaugruen Landschaftsarchitektur das Projekt QL Traun mit \u00fcberwiegender Wohnnutzung in Traun.<\/p>\n\n
